Security Cancellations

In my current role as a data analyst for Bates Security, I was tasked with creating an excel dashboard to track cancellations and save attempts. In the creation of this dashboard, I utilized vlookups to connect data sets, using the unique customer number as a key between data sets. I used Power Query to clean the data, before putting it into a pivot chart for visualization. The Top right contains multiple slicers in order to further examine the data. Clicking one of these buttons will manipulate the entire board.
