Customer Cancellations Dataset

In these screenshots, I have shown of my written SQL, using a data set from my current position, detailing customer cancellations. Throughout the query, I answered questions such as, "Which branch is losing the most customers?", "Which salesperson's customers cancelled the most?", "When were we experiencing the most cancellations?" and "Where are the cancellations largely happening?". Throughout the script I use the phrase "RMR", standing for Recurring Monthly Rate, which is the rate the customer was paying, and that we are now losing due to their cancelling.
