2023 Security Cancellations Dashboard

I created this dashboard for my job to track customer cancellations each month. I am unable to upload a link due to privacy purposes, so I have attached screenshots. To filter to a certain month, you simply click the month on the bar chart. You are able to drill through that month's bar into a details page, with further details on the cancellation; for example, the rate the customer was paying each month. Then, you can also drill through the "No Attempts" metric to see which customer service representative did not attempt to save the customer, which was significant to the customer service managers.
