A Look at U.S. Vaccination Stats by Region

I found a data set from Kaggle.com, involving the rates of Covid-19 vaccinations by state, over time. After initially examining the data set, I was intrigued by the differences in vaccination rates by the regions of the U.S. I decided to spilt the U.S. into the West, Midwest, South, Northeast, and Other (Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).
