Market Share Analysis is a recent project that involved creating a map of a company's sales distribution compared to the rest of the market. This data allowed the company to make strategic decisions on where to allocate resources in order to increase their market share.

In the dashboard, you are able to select what you want the map to display. For example, you can make the heat map portray the largest company sales in dollars OR the number of units sold, and the same for the market. There are also selections to view the counties by the market share percentage, rather than just units and dollars.
